Please note: You may return goods only at the time of delivery and only in case they are damaged. We request you to make sure of your order before you confirm your order with us.
In case you have already paid for the returned item previously (through an online transaction, or subscription), a credit will be offered on future transactions.
We would like to create an awareness and understanding about organic produce.
Organic is not about perfect looks and hence Organic produce is not guaranteed to be shiny, visually appealing, perfectly shaped, consistent shape and size. Organically grown produce does not rely on artificial growth promoters or chemicals to enhance physical appeal. Produce could very well be unevenly shaped. Natural produce looks exactly how nature intended it to look like. We don’t believe in plastic surgeries or artificial enhancements.
Slight variations in color, size, and taste may occur over the season of the produce. Again, it is because the characteristics of the produce may tend to change with the temperature, humidity levels and overall weather conditions.
On rare occasions, customers may find a bug or two inside a vegetable, for e.g., cauliflower, bhindi etc. Please understand and respect the fact that insects are also a part of the food chain. They like and deserve to eat good food just like you and me. Also, this is actually your proof that the produce is organic and hasn’t been sprayed with any deadly pesticides! A simple solution is to cut away the part with the little insects and use the rest. To be extra cautious, leave such vegetables in salt water.
Infact, you would be surprised to know that the insects that occur in chickoos / sapotas only feast on the seeds and don’t even touch the fruit.
We do not offer partial returns. For eg, if you are unhappy with a couple of pieces of bananas out of a dozen that you ordered, you will have to return all of them.
COMPLAINTS & QUALITY
For fresh produce, we guarantee freshness at the time of delivery. We take utmost care to ensure only the best quality reaches you in the best condition. Even so, in such a case, that you have received produce not in the best condition, we request you to send in complaints ideally at the time of delivery, or on the same day. These will be dealt with on a case to case basis.
For any complaints raised pertaining to quality issues post-delivery, will be dealt on a case to case basis.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
NOTE: NO CANCELLATIONS FOR FRESH PRODUCE
Customers can cancel their order anytime up to three hours before their scheduled delivery time. This is applicable on non-perishable goods only. Orders can be cancelled by calling our customer service on +91-9819519663 or from your customer login. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them. If there are changes in the delivery slot time you requested or need to add more products, you need to edit your order by calling customer care on +91 9819519663.
